Popeye was a natural to deliver the "pop" with this large burlap bag, which held 50 pounds of Purity Mills popcorn. The bag is 28" by 17" and was used to deliver popcorn to movie theaters in the 1930s. This one was sent to the Orpheum Theater in Dubuque, Iowa (Address on back). The bag has numerous creases, but no holes or tears. There is the remnant of a drawstring across the top. Unusual Popeye item.
