The Whitman Publishing Co. produced this "Popeye and His Jungle Pet" in 1937. The 72-page book is complete and measures 9-1/2" by 7". The plot features Popeye's adventures with the strange fourth dimensional character, Eugene the Jeep. The book has a strong spine with no loose pages. There are creases and edge wear on the covers with a 3/4" piece of paper missing from the bottom of the spine. The pages have some edge wear and 15 pages have some coloring. Three pages have 1/2" tears on the bottom.
