"Little Orphan Annie Shipwrecked" Book/Dust Jacket

The adventures of newspaper comic strip heroine Little Orphan Annie were published in book form in 1931. Annie and her dog Sandy were shipwrecked and saved when Daddy Warbucks came to the rescue. The 8-1/2" by 7" book is in excellent shape, thanks to the original dust jacket. The 86-page publication is complete with a strong spine and no page separations. There are no holes, stains, tears or markings on the pages or covers. The bottom corner edges of the covers have wear with a small piece missing from the back cover. The title page has been neatly colored and there is a small amount of coloring on the opposite page. All other pages are clean with just slight tanning. The dust jacket has wear on the edges and there are pieces missing at the top and bottom of the dust jacket spine. The inside of the dust jacket contains a catalog of "The Best Books for Boys and Girls."Excellent condition for a 73 year old book.
